You can benefit from personal training whether you are a beginner at exercise or if you are experienced and are looking to take your workouts to the next level.

Before we begin, we will discuss your goals and areas of potential focus. Every individual is different, and I listen carefully so that I can provide the right support for you. There are many different ways to exercise, including muscular endurance, hypertrophy, strength training and high intensity cardio. I will put together a programme designed to best achieve your goals.

I provide personal training in a fully equipped private gym with equipment provided for all skill levels, as well as equipment for rehabilitation. I’m able to give 1-to-1 sessions as well as sessions for up to two people. There is a wide variety of equipment that is appropriate for all levels of fitness. Many of my clients enjoy this privacy, particularly if they have been daunted by the public gym experience. The equipment in the gym supports:
