About Max
I’ve more than a decade of experience helping people recover from injury, build strength, improve fitness and Increase mobility and flexibility. I have experience treating individuals with underlying health conditions and athletes. I’m passionate about helping each person I work with achieve their health and fitness goals.
I’m a qualified personal trainer, nutritionist, and a qualified sports massage therapist. In addition, I am also a GP referral instructor.
This combination enables me to treat each person holistically, to maximize their potential. I help individuals find long-term solutions, which I support with aftercare advice, which may include exercises, stretches, and nutritional advice.
I am also a specialist in several areas, including:

- Hypertrophy training
- Strength training
- Weight loss / maintenance
- Muscle balance
- Motivation and goal focused approach
- Disease and disorder intervention and assistance
I’ve lived in North Norfolk for most of my life, and have chosen to practise here so that I can support the local community’s health and well-being.
